Lowering my car in San Diego...

never never never cut coils. H&R sport springs are cheap enough and the car will perform significantly better

IE Stage 3 = H&R Race, which are lower than H&R Sport to the best of my knowledge

if you want lower than race springs i imagine your best bet is coils.

I need something that goes headers to end of cat, I already have a muffler I'm just tryin to get rid of the cat.

You can safely cut a coil off IE3's. I think Janderson did that too his car.
IE3 and Race's have the same spring rate, but IE3's are a tad higher than Race.

And I think I might be selling my exhaust setup soon if you're interested.

I have IE headers then stock cat to mangaflow muffler... looking to just do a cat delete.

I'll probably cut the dead coil off, not much of a choice for me. :(

I have longtube headers straight piped to a magnaflow no cat, it sounds nice, pretty loud and raspy.

u can get a set of well sorted coils for around 800? is that still to much?
