Ehh well Travis is right in the sense that rig shots require more attention. With his rig, itll show up in the picture and just be a distraction. He needs to edit it out and it's really not too easy.

a lot of people spend time editing photos. Polak for instance does really good photos as does ayman. neither of them charge. just saying.

like i said, i wouldn't charge for regular shoots. only rig shoots. those are the kinds of shots i will be taking which is why i would be charging.

as you can see, there are hours of meticulous editing and removing the rig out let alone the rest of the editing.

thanks. like i said before, i wouldn't charge for regular shoots because not much editing time goes into that for simple shoots. i'd like to not charge too, but i don't really want to spend at the very minimum of 1.5 hours per photo. not to mention the time taken to set the rig up and shit. plus, it's not like i'll be charging a lot for you guys anyways so i'd still be taking a loss on labor, let alone the cost that piecing this rig together cost me.

it's a pain staking process that takes hours depending on lighting and shit. i've heard of people taking up to like 5-6 hours per photo.

I didn't start charging for car work until I had quite a bit of experience (a few years) under my belt. Even now, I won't charge but gas money or food for my friends' cars. You need to build your skills before you can charge for it. Not to mention you are only advertising this to your friends thus far. You're doing this backwards.

I think it's because you already have $$ in your eyes when this is a hobby thing. Especially when there are a few others around who would do it for the fun of it.
