Thanks for all the help guys! will just pay it off when it comes. I just want to make sure though its not a moving violation so it would not add points on my driving record right? I searched it up and never got a answer.

I just got through that BS like a month ago. Do yourself a favor and go online to check everything out. Your local court should have a website where you can enter your ticket info and see what the case file says. There should be a box about midway down the page that says REQUEST A CASE EXTENSION. You can do this two times. If youre short on cash like most people these days, these extensions will help drastically. Make sure that if you request the extension, that you do it on or very close to your "appearance date" thats on your ticket. If you do it earlier, you will get 30 days from THAT date. Not from you appearance date.

It will also say on your information page how much the fine is. Mine was $205 but that will vary from county to county.

I've been to court and seen non correctable things get fixed like driving with out a license or insurance. Chances are if you go to court with a decibal reading you'll get off with a light slap on the wrist.

That sucks man, im with e30trooper on knowing when and where to be loud, i have a straight pipe magnaflow 14815 also no cats and i live around San diego state and never been fucked with, just drive normal and in low revs ha
