SO!!!!!!

Ive decided to open my abode and host a BBQ/meet/party/super duper... with the encouragement some recent very cool events/gatherings, along w Edwins commitment to help me this thing off the ground.

Im needing this feeler thread to help me get an idea of what exactly im getting myself into as far as body count, car count ect... that way i can get my chips in line as a host.

Event Date: Saturday, SEPT. 10
Gates open at 12 noon
EVENT LOCATION: 10422 Independence Ave. Chatsworth, ca 91311
I'm planning on charging $5 per vehicle.. which includes.. event entry, one voucher for a burger(or hotdog)/soda or water/one raffle entry.
I figure charging per vehicle peeps have the option to carpool. Im hoping i can get a good idea from thread exactly how much i need to put forward to make this a great event:up:

We plan to have music, food, cars, and good peeps all day.Its gonna be BYOB, we will be selling burgers,dogs and drinks($1 each) if you are still hungry.... also.... we will have a small raffle/giveaway Castros is going to be there and donating a few things. Im still working on getting more items/ services provided for the raffle. LMK if anyone has ideas or knows a shop or company that would like some exposure to some new clients.

I'm sure I forgot a bunch of stuff but.... Edwin can prolly pick up my slack.

This is not an OGs thing, this is open to all who are willing to come out and have a good time with Cars, Food, Music and friends or just enthusiast looking for a fun day.

This is a really cool gesture from Garret, putting up his property for a big CarBeQue for all of SoCal to enjoy.
