Ive lived in irvine 20 years. your thoughts on the cops, imo, are correct. early sunday should be fine, maybe around 4-5. i think this is going to be awesome, i dgaf if its irvine spectrum or lakeforest in-n-out. both places work. lets set a date.

There are car clubs that meet up at the Fuddruckers on El Toro and usually in the mornings so no conflict on times.

ok so what i gather thus far is that irvine lake forest area is probably the best interim spot for an OC meet. basically the same distance for LA or SD peeps to come up or down respectively, and a good spot for all of those in the surrounding area...

as far as determining which is better lake forest vs irvine etc.

the irvine police tend to be a little more uptight, and i was considering that if we want to make this a solid and regular meet that I could even contact the police and make them aware of it. Obviously the common rules of a respectful car meet apply, no burnouts, trash, revving, racing, etc etc... and i believe that if we follow these rules and are respectful (unlike every other damn ricer meet out there) we should have no problems.
in my experience gaining a relationship with the police is better than shunning them, and usually if we make their lives easier, they do the same for us.

The best place in irvine i think is by far the spectrum, not only because it is located easily off of the freeway, but also because there are large well lit parking lots.

Lake forest police act pretty similar to irvine police when it comes to car meets (in my experience) so i think that either way we could make them aware and save ourselves a lot of problems?

What are your guys thoughts on this?
