    WTT: E30 for E36

I'd be down to trade my car for an E36 m3, looking for either Dakar yellow or blue. I can trade plus cash. Let me know if anyone has an offer.

I am sorry to say this, but you will so regret doing that, especially after everything you have done with this car.

After all the money you've recently put into this car, and it's finally looking really good and you want to trade it for an E36...

Hahaha, I don't even know any more.

I'm just hoping for something sick to pop up that I want that's faster than my e30, it's so slow. OK someone help.

I had a ETA motor in it, now it's all I. But I never swapped the gearing, it's like 2.90 or something stupid, if I swap a 3.73 will it change my mind about keeping it??

e30's are slow. so are e36 m3's. why not turbo or swap or something?

but a 3.73 will definitely make it more fun.

Dont blend into traffic. Keep your e30 and get a higher hp engine.

Turbo is a lot, and scared to loose reliablity.

Swap is a lot more, and I don't know the right people nor could I not have my car for more than 4-5 days.

Use the +Cash to do a 24v swap. Go e34 m50 first then s52, then tarbo.

i've driven turbo m20's....DD'able and seemingly reliable. stay off the boost and it drives like any other m20.

For a reasonable price, I'd do it. But I can just dish out 5k... it's just like why not save it for something new for a down payment. It's hard to commit thats all. I wish someone would sell me an e30 with an s50 in it already... then I can swap all my stuff over haha

^this. as long as your not hitting top boost every corner and street you take you will be fine. give it proper maintenance and then give it a nice easy boost of 12psi, or if you really want to be safe, 6psi.

exactly. i've driven a high-mileage m20 on 14lbs of boost that will completely destroy any stock-ish s5x car.

Ugh it's so tempting, I only want coil overs before I do turbo but...

In a ball park what's a guess on a built turbo setup on my m20, it's already good as far as top end goes. I don't know anyone in CA who I can drop my car off with... maybe soon but prices as usual will kill me.

Put a 3.73 LSD in your car, you will fall in love again.
