Also make sure you guys check on fluids..

Ill take cooler with ice and gatorade maybe some other little snacks.

How about, I let someone else bring water, sodas and other drinks. Enough for 20 people. I'll bring something easier to scarf down.

No worries on the ez up. I have one that covers like a 20x10 area. But if other people have an ez up itd be smart to brinkg it. Sunblock is a must.

I think I should mention it, we really need a couple of ez-ups and folding chairs, also think about sun block because the sun,is unforgiving up in,those places.
