I'm on my way to vegas and just broke down out side bakersfield. Possibly just out of gas. Who can save my ass?

I'm on highway 58 between bakersfield and tehachapi. I'm in my daily, E46 wagon.

Girlfriend called state patrol and they sent out tow truck. He brought us 5 gal of gas. gages Don't seem to be working right.
