neeed your help in opinions and some answers again!!!!!!!

    long story short,

    i have 1 complete running e30 325i vert(looks like shit)
the bad: needs new wheel bearings, needs some minor body work(dings here n there), current engine inside needs the main seal redone
and atlast it needs a paintjob badly
the good: i have a spare motor, a spare tranny, and some nice leatherette sport seats i was told

    now the question is???????

fix what i have, or find a clean shell?????

a shell alone would cost like $600 or something crazy.

Find a cheap e30 with mechanical problems.

He made like 12389 threads months ago asking the same question in different ways.
He's supposedly afraid to do the front bearings due to lack of experience and had no funds. Although super easy and a great community around us to help out, I can understand the lack of knowledge to do so, but to not be able to at least save up for the bearings themselves over a 5 month course? And asking us the same question on top?

Is this car parked or something? You daily it?

it is not worth for me to do it all, therefore its a hard decision because ive had this car for 4 years and yes the car is jus chilin on my driveway

rebuilding and fixing the car i find to b a better route because that way u could that that much more work into and enjoy it that much more knowing that (when it looks good) that u made it look that way. and because of your hard work others will also be able to see how far it has come.

                      for the wheel bearing issue...

u can just poll an entire trailing arm from the junkyard.

                        I forget, are you disabled?
How is it not worth it for you to do though it sounds like you have some sort of sentimental value towards the car?

Nothing is wrong with that vert besides the awkward rear valence, sideskirts, and the need of paint. Do the damn front wheel bearings and be on your way. They are easy.

                          It's the front bearings.
Yes, rear wheel bearings are a bitch.
