I am running Valvoline VR1 20w50 non-synthetic.

Baller. I use regular old castrol dyno oil every 3 thousand miles. I use Rotella full synthetic on the diesel though. It fries conventional oil in a blink of an eye and the cold starts are a nightmare. Its so bad my oil pressure light flashes when its below 60.
