    oil pan today or tommorow would be awesome in 805 area

    hey guys.... know ive posted here before... i need an oil pan... i need my car to run... 818 307 3545 i have only 40 bux so thats all i can afford :/ if anyone can help me out that would be awesome.

    I have a m20 oil pan but it needs to be retapped for the drain plug otherwise it's solid.

          The drain plug threads are stripped out. Usually people will re-tap them to a bigger sized plug. I believe there's a Mercedes plug that a lot of people use. Any machine shop can tap it for you fairly cheaply.

            yea im leaving to the yard in about 20 minutes, if i find one today someone offered one for 45 shipped from phoenix

            thanks matt. im going to go to the yard right now and if i find one hopefully i wont have to worryabout this. as soon as i get my car running im taking her to you though matt. i need a clean bill of health and if its not i need to get there.:pimp:

              indeed, 35 bucks, shouldn't cost more then 5-10 to have it retapped
