took my diff from my e to replace it with a 3.73 diff.
-quiet diff.
-youll need to provide your own bolts for your diff cover and also for the axle shaft both sides.
-from the mileage of my car is has 233,xxx miles on it.
great for those that want to s50 swap or have low revs while cruising on trips
-has alot of caked on grease.

Your internals should pop in to a 3.25 open diff. Those should be easier to find.
