I'd say mechanically decent. Everything works but the mechanism to enter the rear seats. You just need to get the wire and hook it up.

ah wait, vert seats recline like poop, no?

hmmm? If you've taken apart these style seats before, you will notice a wire that hooks up to the 2 levers on the side of the seats. It pushes the seat forward so passengers can enter the rear seat. That wire needs to be replaced.

i mean they don't recline nearly as far as non-vert seats..

anyone interested in the m20b25 from my car? pulls hard, no smoke or noticeable valve tick. building something bigger to swap in the very near future. timing belt and graf water pump done june 2010/10-15k ago. maybe 210k on the motor, original, purchased from well-maintaining first owner. castrol 20w50 HM oil has been used in my ownership. would like to keep it in the socal family, $400 for complete unsplit longblock including oilpan and valve cover, but without intake/electronics etc. will include my 17# injectors. test drives available!
