Rob, if you want I have a 2.7 bottom block you can have and build it up. Its deff going to need to be cleaned and what not. Had about 170k on it before a tb snapped and bent some valves.
I do not have any room pal I live in a APT. Also my friends place I have wheels there I cant ask for more then that right now. I am hopping that my bottom is good. Other wise I am junking this motor I think I rather just do that its faster.... But if I had my own space I would pick that up tonight. It would be great after work w a beer or two I would wrench that thing up! hehhehhehehheehYour signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Yes I have as a matter of fact.
The second time I pulled the head on my black car I pulled it in two hours on a friday night and disassembled it with my dad, took it to a shop Saturday morning. Had it pressure tested, cleaned, and surfaced. I got it back later that night and then lapped all the valves myself, and reassembled the head. The next day I put it all back together. It ran minus coolant.
That is prettymuch a two day process, cause I could have removed the head sat morning and had it assembled in time.
Idk why it takes you so long to assemble/reassembled a head.
