just take a look at it, the rubber could be old and cracked.

not sure if you can give it a look from under the body, you might have to remove the inner fender liner.

I removed the inner fender thing as well as the grommet around the filler neck to look at it, but it was just helllaa dirty to see anything.

hookah would work well or a cigar, just need some thick smoke

It was late when I did it. And you haven't at all so far, so why start now.

Ill spray it off later on this week.

Cigars have a strong odor that doesn't smell too nice. Hookah would be better.

What am I looking for once it is clean? Wetness, cracks, or what?

I have a camping trip I'm trying to budget gas for; its about 120 round trip this weekend. I was contemplating taking my jap-attack daily beater to school one day to make my gas budget.

Screw that idea, I love my e30 lots

I'm totally blowing a ton of smoke into my intake next time I have a chance just for shits n giggles.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

That's exactly what I was thinking. Is the car totaled?
Car was declared fixable. I don't know what they value it at. But it's 13years old with 57k on the clock

This time my shit locks up, I have the wheel turned full right for the right hand turn, slid atleast 25-50ft car keeps pushing straight right through a stop sign into the lane i was trying to get into. Finally catches and I go off right. Big ass cloud of smoke like I did a burn out, should of seen the looks on peoples faces, lol. If my shit didn't hook up I would have T-Boned some paniced driver who decided to hit the brakes and block exactly where I was sliding instead of them just driving out of it. After that my ABS light was lit and felt like I had flat spots on my tires. like a thunk thunk thunk every rotation. I get home check out tires, no flat spots. Turn car off and back on light is out, so I mashed it up and down the block smashing on brakes and everything works fine WTF
                              Yeah that's a bit disconcerting. Glad you're ok--learn to threshold brake! :)

That's good. You going to be at the food truck meet on Friday? I still haven't seen that car of yours since it's been running.
