my parents renter in sacramento was evicted yesterday, my dad checked out the house today since it's in our hands once again, the renter trashed the place, theres doors missing, broken cabinets, broken windows, holes in the wall, broken/missing screens, tiles broken, carpets and floors ruined. and on top of all of this the garage and ally next to our house is filled with an estimated 8-12 truckloads of trash and old furniture....

thanks to that waffleswaffleswaffleswafflesface i have a whole lot of work cut out for me, and my parents are financially unstable. all of this and my grandma in colorado isn't doing well, just great.

Renters like this are more common than you think! Hope first and last + security deposit was collected. So that can be used to fund some of the repairs.

Ill drive the car to you and I have the pieces but if I'm correct I will need some sort if press to get some of these bushings off. Thanks I will $$

I'm thinking about having a set of wheels filled and drilled to 4x100. Anyone in the Bay Area know of a shop that can do this? What does this usually cost?
