take out the back seat and passenger seat
start buy cutting the small holes in the trunk and back seat.
then run the cable from back to front.
once both cables are near the firewall attach the rubber grommet and push the whole thing through.
there are white clips under the passenger's door. pop as man as you can w/o breaking. go slow. they are brittle.Comment

Anyone looking to buy an E30 soon? I'll have two for sale shortly.
I have a 220k 90 black on black coupe 5 speed with perfect interior on ground controls with lots of recent work done.
I also have a 91 187k 91 black on black sedan automatic with decent interior on euroweaves with a glass moon roof and recent headwork.

Did the rear battery swap for the most part in ~2 hours. If anyone is planning on doing it, just cut a square in the bottom corner of both sides of the rear seat back and thread it through there. I have extra cable as well.Comment

Fuck. Guys I'm in the middle of pulling my m42 and the front is hitting the radiator support while the trans is hitting the trans tunnel. How the fuck do I get this thing out???? The load leveler is leaning the engine and tranny as far back as possible, and I really don't wanna go under there and try to pull the trans down to give it more angle. It's getting caught and lifting the car up a bit and I'd rather not die if something goes wrong. The first car I ever rode in was an e30
