I'm needing to replace the top on mine really really soon. I want to stay with the brown. What's the best source to buy one? Also, any specifics that sell them with tension straps and whatever else I may need to do it right?

most installers can get them through BMW.
only get a BMW w/ zipper window. also replace all rubber seals and tension straps. usually should run you about $2k
