it's not really track hours that does it, and people that have a lot of track hours actually have some issues in lemons because there aren't passing rules in wheel-to-wheel racing and going 4 wide through T1 at thunderhill freaks them out, and freaked out people react unpredictably, lose control and frequently collect others into their mess.

you need to be a careful driver and a responsible person first of all. head constantly moving, awareness of every single car around you plus flag stations, gauges, noises, things people tell you on the radio, things you know about other cars and drivers. Going fast and "being good at driving" in the r3v-canyon-bombing-in-an-eta sense is far from the #1 priority in a race like this. Once you have the rest of the stuff down, you can start to work on getting faster.

Sorry Sina, I ruined it for you. I said you were a good driver.

maybe you've never had a real road bike. you cruise at 18mph. 35 is no sweat and can be maintained for 2miles. the 0-52mph was less than 1/3 mile. and no it was no kph, we dont use that on our speedos. i was side by side with my dad's 260z. i was ahead of him till 45, then he passed me and took off to 80mph+ i hit 52 tire blew. i walked home shaking. going down hill if you tuck and pedal i could get to 68mph. and it's not that hard when you can coast at 45mph.
            Much wow

I like them well enough, but having a picture of them below everything you post doesn't accomplish much. If you like that gif so much, why not set it as your background?

I am going to trust Eric on this one, 35mph on a road bike is damn near efforteless.

You are saying you would rather see that old animated dog every time you post instead of titties? And background of what?

I figure there probably wont be enough time to get on a Lemons team this summer, but if possible, I'd like to give some hands and get acclimated with the environment.

In regards to my driving, I know I don't have any track experience (which I'm trying to get this summer), but I'd like to think of myself as a safe and aware driver. I've been on the "other end" of several car accidents and I'd say that's helped to shape me as a driver.

I didn't say it's not important. It's just less important than keeping the car alive.

just use your 318i as a lemons car.

I'm saying that I'd like to have control over whether I'm seeing titties or not at any given moment. Perhaps when you're older than 16 and have actual responsibilities you'll understand.

Lolz on the topic of competitive cycling, I used to race DH, 4x, XC, and did some crit on the road.

I'm getting back into that now that my 7-year collegiate rowing career is over :(

                            Fuck back injuries.

~another thing that has shaped my perspective on driving I'd definitely have to say is being a road cyclist, who logs at least 200+ miles every week during the summer.

Can say that I'm one of the few who rides the same roads that I drive.

If you were drafting the car I could believe it, but not by yourself on flat ground with no tail wind, confirmed with triathlon racing buddy

You can make it so you don't see anyone signatures?... And *gasp* titties are an actual responsibility. Maybe you will understand someday. Im 19 btw. 3 years, ehh not so bad.

In all honesty idk what tf I am talking about right now. I use my phone/tapatalk to post 95% of the time and cannot even see signatures.

Edit: upon doing some research I have found 52 mph is pretty fast for a road bike.... 30 is easy, 50, guess not.
