I have a set of those exact Recaro classic C. I don't see why they wouldn't fit in an e30 with the correct brackets. I never seen them in a merc from the factory though, I had a couple 70s Benz back in the day, they had the worst seats I ever sat in, Soo springy.

If you use the massive Lee adapters to run Recaros on sport seat bases, then the seatbelts mount as origional.

No, I'm always on the lookout though. I know they hold a massive price tag.

Personally I think they're hideous.

But that is just my opinion of course, I like almost anything recaro has made/put out but those are just way to over the top gaudy.
