    @dmitry lol
Yes, insurance is actually being useful to have. $100 deductible for comprehensive coverage. I was shocked to find out that earthquake damage was covered by it.

I'll drive the race car for a week, I'd rather feed it a mix of 91 and 100 octane fuel than drive a fwd automatic POS for the week. I just wish I had some street tires for it.

      You are a boss

I love how nonchalantly you say "I'll just drive the race car for a week"

Good luck with your M3 repairs. Glad you're getting the long end of the stick for a change

Some somber E30 driver news, Norcal.

Learned that a kid I knew in high school who drove a minty super eta E30 with light mods took his own life yesterday.

A reminder that depression is truly the worst silent killer, and to truly appreciate the time you have with one another..also that it happens within the community.

Even though I hadn't hung out with this kid in 5 or so years and only saw him at the gym, it is heart wrenching.

That is the beauty of the car. I can drive it on the street, and its not that big of a deal, aside from the fuel issue. It used to be my only car. I learned to drive in it, with a 10 lb flywheel, and a transmission that required double clutching through all 5 gears both up and down. Since I got it 14 years ago, I've put about 80K miles on the car.

So it has race numbers, a 100dB exhaust, 5 point race harnesses and race slicks, big deal.

I remember seeing just one at Cars and Coffee Irvine and just that was jaw dropping

              I couldn't imagine seeing a DTM version!

                Sorry dude. That's awful. :(

Even worse are the inevitable douches who come out and call them cowards for doing it. Yeah we get it, shut up.

I think this is the same car. I shot this at the Monterey Historics a couple weeks ago. Got Turbo?

How about some M1 on the track?

                  There were Batmobiles as well

The first one he posted looks to be the exact one.

I never saw the number 8 M1 out on track. The reason for the 5 is likely because there was another #8 and someone had to change. Yes, the 2T car is a different car.

ya this has always pissed me off. what right do we have as society to tell someone, who isn't hurting anyone else that they must live, whether or not they want to. we all have to pass at some point
