Call me what you want, but I think Todd is a raciest person. This country is a melting pot of all the world's cultures. Words much less used by the current bay area working society are an easy pointer to the person's culture, they were raised in. When my friend Gary uses the words colour or analyse then I tell him he is letting his Canadian side out.
When I go to so call and use "hella" my cousins laugh at me and call me a nor-cal kid.
Word usage changes with the part of the world you are in. Shall just happens to be one that has faded from the US-non-legal vocabulary.
Where as "will" has not.
I have no desire to talk about this further.
On a happier lighter note. Tonight will be fun.
My friend and I turn 31 a week apart so we are celebrating together.

I hate the term "melting pot".
So everyone goes into a pot, gets melted together, and loses what made them unique, and comes out as a uniform substance/thing as everyone else?
I think Salad Bowl is more appropriate. We are all special and unique, as a salad can still be separated into it's ingredients. A melting pot can not be reverse engineered once heat is applied.

Socal.
Our use of language isn't meant as a means of judging one's origin, it's just a means of communicating. Quirks are fun to point out, to tease about, and shan't be taken so literally. It gets hella annoying after a while. So let it go guys ;)
