Those are pretty much the first two on the to do list. It needs front struts, I'll probably go H&R sports all around, and I was gonna swoop some style 32's off cl but I spent all my money on this car and I'm broke til Tuesday haha. Other than a good detail the car is pretty damn solid, I've put about 200 miles on it since getting it yesterday. 1990 535i/5, 180k, paid 1850.

That makes 3 e34s. Just got ours smogged and registered yesterday. They are cool for the larger cabin, makes for comfy cruises.

Haha, that came into consideration. In my mind it makes no sense at all to spend (significantly) more money on a vehicle for better gas mileage. I figure a tank of gas will last about the same as my e30 (350ish miles) but cost around $15 more. I drive for work so at about 2 tanks a week it'll cost me like 300 bucks extra to drive this car all summer vs one getting 26mpg like my e30.

I wanted a beater to take to school in Texas (where gas is cheap), and now I can put 100-150 miles a day on this thing instead of my e30 which was never setup for that type of driving.
And goddamn is it comfy.
