Got a tire for free at a tire shop on steven's creek. Even buying this engine right now is unwise for me financially, so if I can postpone any expense, I'm going to.

I am looking for a DIY to make my lows and fogs stay on when I turn my brights on. I know such a DIY exists somewhere but I haven't been able to find it after searching a few times. Anyone know where I can find what I'm looking for?
