Went to the dealership to get coolant to find that they closed early. Spent an hour trying to find one establishment in Concord that does cash back because I forgot to get cash beforehand for the toll.

Car sits as is. :(

Poor car :/ you don't need BMW blue coolant. It's just blue coolant. Hahah.

Not totally true. You need to check each coolant to make sure it doesn't have some chemical (the name escapes me right now). This chemical can deteriorate the seals.

I know what you're talking about. The biggest reason why I'm deciding to get raped on coolant is because everyone at bf.c seems to recommend the crap out of it. I know it's bf.c but there isn't a strong e34 subforum here.

I say don't even use coolant....
Distilled water, half a bottle of water wetter, and a few cups of antifreeze (you probably don't even need this in California but just on the safe side of things)
