I do it about 4-5 times a week. I started some time last year and man does it feel great. I wish I would have started a couple years ago. Results don't happen all that fast for me, but feeling better, healthier, and having more energy is amazing.

No more tap at idle.. Under load (2.5k+) I hear it tapping like a mother. Not sure if this is normal; not exactly something I checked for on my last e30. Frankly, I don't remember if I've ever heard my valves on my last e30

Mine sounded horrible. Normally, you should only hear the injector taps; unadjusted valves makes it sound much louder? Sewing machine sound is fine, but when you hear it at idle, then you know you've got some valves loose

e46 is not all that great to me.

I'm not to crazy about it either.. There's a point in the slammage scale where too much is just too much
