break the glass, clean out the old silicone sealer, get new silicone, new lens, lay down silicone bead to seal the foglight and put lens on.

there is a female bearing surface in the head and a male bearing surface on the camshaft between each cylinder, it is a very similar surface to the camshaft to rocker bearing surface.
and each one has ports in the head for oil galleries so that it stays lubricated.
