Other options- Center Paint on Stevens Creek BLvd right down near WestField/Valley Fair. Between Valley fair and SanTomas Expressway.

East Bay Color Service. On Phelan Ave down hear Monterey Highway and San Jose Ave.

For 2 stage you will need. Paint, hardner , reducer, clear coat. Expect to drop 80 or so bones.

Cab's right. If you want to match it better you will need to fog the adjacent panels with the new paint color. Think of it like feather edging with paint.

Its truly a skill! One has to pull less on the trigger of the gun so less paint is atomized as they pull the gun farther away from the work piece and move in a consistient motion.

actually most shops just blend complete panels, its gives you a much better finish than open blending

Thats essentially what I meant! To carry the color and allow it to trail off and blend so that it fools the eye. This really only works well except for "the flop".

Easiest as far as the least work/time involved and the least expensive is directly proportional to the results that one will attain.

Body work and automotive painting is something that requires time and patience for the best results possible. "You cant rush perfection"

So easiest is to get a can of premixed paint in an aerosol can that they claim is the same factory color. Then use a scuff pad on the area that will be painted. Soap and water afterwards and then dry with lint free cloth. Then use Acetone over the same area. Dry that area. Tack Cloth. Mask surrounding areas. Then spray to your hearts content. Wait for it to flash and spray another coat. Then let it dry and cure in an area that is not under lots of particulant matter. Shoot some Clear in a Can that can be mixed by the same place that put the paint in the can. Spray a medium coat. Let it flash and then spray another coat. Let it dry and cure for 2 weeks . Then compound and polish.

That is actually the easiest if you can believe it. Color will not be spot on but you want the easiest. Right?

turned out to be $193 at napa for everything... that was the cheaper paint too, the other water based paint they wanted $235 for just a quart... anyways didn't end up getting it, because I'm not 18... Didn't know about that law..
