DK - good going , but it takes years to rebuild lung capacity and function if one has smoked for years. It's like a 4 to one ratio. 4 years to rebuild for every year smoked.

Doctors could be wrong. It may only be a 1:1 ratio or 1:2 . Who knows . One week they tell you salt is bad and then the next week they tell you too little salt is bad.
