    Smog

    anyone here know a guy my 325i wont pass... need to have it passed so I'll have tags while I sort the problems out

    Give us some info please, such as what the test said and any codes a scanner shows.

      On the emissions part of the test I failed.
      HC was 290, max is 108
      NO was 2426, max is 767

      So I got gross polluter...

                    Should just be basic maintenance. Oil change, plugs, cat, o2, pump 91 then drive hard so your cat is super hot when u get to the smog shop

                        go to any muffler shop and ask for a new cat, it shouldn't be more than $200. take your old cat home and scrap it for some $.
