Are you trying to remove the bushing from the lolli or the lolli from the control arm?

Go to O'reilley's and rent the 7 ton 3 jaw puller (it's free). Stick a large socket (must be 3/8" drive) on the end of the control arm to keep the point centered. Put the 3 arms over the lolli and tighten til it rips off.

If you find one, let me know, and maybe we can share the cost.

There is a guy in Wisconsin that sells a kit to do the job for like $150. Since rental is normally $50 or more, any interest in splitting an order with me?

use the 3 arm puller with this plate:

it won't destroy the bushing. but you really shouldn't keep an old bushing as back up, they aren't very expensive to begin with. <$50 for a pair at varying durometers and quality.

thanks, i'm going to give this a try. mine are still in very good condition that's why i want to keep them as spare.
