My head decided to be a dick an now it won't be in working condition. So I'm on the look out for an eta head or eta longblock. Possibly interested in complete 885 head swap if it's cost effective. Please post in here or PM me of your looking to sell.

    Thanks fellas.

I have the 200 casting head from my car. I pulled the head at 80k miles when I did a 2.7i.

Will have to be shipped, obviously.

so basically to run that i would need all the normal 2.5 upper end parts?
or would it be different from that

Running an 885 head would be like running a ported head with larger valves. it can work with eta electronics but you won't get the all the benefits with out the upgraded stuff

Why not do a 731 head? Planning on boost in the future? I'm kinda surprised no one else has mentioned this.

Earlier 323i head, as best I can explain it, it's an i head designed to work with flat top pistons, so you don't get the compression drop that you would by using a 885 head. Came in euro cars only so they don't come up as often, but do a quick "731 eta/stroker/blahblahlblah build" search and you'll see what I'm talkin about.
