That's what I'm trying to find out. Someone could make some easy money. I think your allowed up to 6-7 cars to be registered to your address before they start looking in to it.

Are you doing this as a preemptive measure or have you actually been asked to go that special smog station?

I dont think you can register a car to a PO box can you...if you can, problem solved

If you go to one of those mail boxes etc places you'll get a street address

I think the DMV site actually lists all the counties that don't require smog, the majority are in socal.
