So here it is nukkas! Finally making plans to move and live among you Californians. Need to find housing and a job, (I will be doing my windshield repair business on the side initially). Looking to live within 30 miles of LA.

Any leads on rooms for rent and anyone hiring would help my planning. Thanks r3v

I've done a bit of everything and as long as it puts food on the table I would not be too picky, I have experience with auto glass installation and repair and would feel comfortable with that line of work but not against trying something else out.

How far is OC from LA?

It's not very far from LA more south like 40 minute drive but LA Has such bad traffic nd ill look around to see if anyone is hiring ..

Repairing rockchips and cracks on windshields before they have to be replaced. I worked for safelite and a local company replacing windshields and doing chip repair for 5 years and then decided I wanted to start my own business. Since I don't have a customer base in Cali I don't want to end up living under a bridge if it doesn't go as well for me there as I've been doing here so.... looking for a steady paycheck while I get settled.

Well yeah, that is the main reason, I do short films and such here and want to play with the big boys. But also I love the car culture there and I'm bored of Utah.
