Thanks, yeah it's a pretty shitty situation. They broke into it in our driveway to make things worse.

Paint isn't horrible but it's definitely seen better days. I think it was originally a single stage color so that's why it looks so matte. Don't quote me on this since I know nothing about paint but possibly with a good buff, cut and wax it'll look decent.
