Minimum wage in the city of Richmond is $8.00 so I'm being generous. In 2017, its raising to $12.50, highest in state.

Yeah this would be a super job for a responsible guy/girl coming out of high school or still in college. If this had been a job offer 7 years ago I would have been all over it.
This is the Bay Area after all, one of the most expensive places to live and work in America. Even though it's a fun opportunity, no one with a solid job and pay can afford to leave their job for this.
Hope you guys find a solid person!!!

Too bad I live in the outer east bay. This would be perfect for me but at that rate, all my money would be going to gas :(

I thought you were located in walnut creek?

This sounds like a great opportunity, but it's too far of a commute for me for that pay.

Good luck to whoever does it though!
