2015 So-Cal e30 Car-B-Q (5th Annual)

I'M NOT GOING TO BE THE POLICE AND SNATCH A JOINT OUT OF YOUR HAND BUT I WILL ASK YOU TO BE COURTEOUS TO THE OTHER ATTENDEES AND KEEP IT AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. THIS IS A FAMILY EVENT AND I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO BE COMFORTABLE. BE COURTEOUS, BE SAFE AND HAVE SOME FUN!!****
It's Car-B-Q time!!!
The event will once again be held at the San Buenaventura State Beach in Ventura, Ca. This is a State Beach so there is a gate fee of $10 in order to enter the park. This is a non-negotiable fee so please don't ask:
This location is amazing guys. Steps from the beach, bathrooms on site and close by as well as a large grassy area for you, your family or your pets. We are excited to be hosting the event in this location this year!!
The event area is below, I will add a key to the bottom so you know what is what:
Red circle is the main event area.
Yellow circle is the raffle and BBQ area.
Blue circle is where the restrooms are located.
Green Line is the entrance to the regular parking lot.
Red line is the exit to the regular parking lot.
Black horribly drawn line is where you enter preferred parking.
Event Date: Saturday, September 12th 2015
We would like people to arrive around 11:00am and the event will go until 5:00pm
We will be offering BBQ and beverages for you guys as well. So bring some cash and enjoy. Food/drink will be served at approximately 1:00pm barring any real delays.
The San Buenaventura State Beach gate fee is $10. This is not part of any event fee. It's a fee required by the park.
We will also be offering Premium Parking for only $5 to any BMW. Spaces are limited. First come, first serve. Premium parking will put you in the epicenter of this event. Shade and close proximity are just some of the perks.
I will be giving one free ticket to each driver as they roll in. To everyone else, I will be offering some pretty sweet deals for tickets so come prepared with money in hand!! Here are the ticket deals I will be offering:
$1 = 1 ticket
$5 = 7 tickets
$10 = 15 tickets
and the big mamma
$20 = 40 tickets
Food prices are as follows:
$4 for 2 Tacos w/ beans and rice.
$4 for a Burger or Hotdog
All entrees includes 1(one) drink and 1(one) bag of chips.

Just like last year, we encourage you guys to bring your new/used parts and BMW trinkets to show off / trade with.
As per usual, we will have a large line up of our amazing supporting vendors who are donating prizes to raffle off for you guys! We will be selling raffle tickets as well to better your chances. Prices are posted above^^^^^^

Like last year there will be music, food, cars, the raffle and, good people we don't get to see often enough!
I got the idea from a fellow member about hotels. This will give any out of towners the option of either coming a day early, staying the night of the event or maybe even both. So with this idea in mind, I wanted to post up the most local hotels to the venue. The following are some pictures of the distances of the hotels to the venue. As you can see, there is a hotel across the street but its a Marriott so its pretty pricey.
This is the Motel 6 down the street from the venue. Its cheap and close by so its obviously a good choice
This is The Marriott. I have no idea what the pricing is per night. This hotel is never too busy so even if you decided to get a room the night of the event, Im sure they would have one available for you.
