      East lake/Otay area for the most part is where alot of my friends are from. I live in Spring Valley which is ghetto in some parts but really relaxed in others. I go to SDSU and the area around there is pretty bad compared to it lol.

                            yeah its crazy different coming from the east coast.
                            everything is so god damn spread out down here.
                            it took a bit to get used to thats for sure.
                            i moved out here from buffalo ny a little over 2 years ago...

                              Pacific Beach has the huge college scene year round. I was over it after about a week. But there are many things to do in the area. But the waves mostly suck unless you go a bit north like Scripps Pier or La Jolla/Torrey Pines. If you're a recluse, I wouldn't recommend it (PB) as a place to settle around.
