        the fact that exhaust tickets used to be correctable with a fix it ticket was a luxury that probably got taken advantage of by car enthusiast.


        I'd rather just throw the money I front of them and not molest my car because the cops near me and OP are bored they have no crime to deal with so they run around giving tickets to almost every car enthusiast.
