eBay Purchase : Car is on the Transporter

I have purchased twice on eBay e36 m3 and my current E30is both out of state... I have also sold the e36 m3 on eBay... All no problems! Cars were as described and I got all my money on the sale..All that said, I could be lucky? But I know the feeling you see something and you want it! I have found most people to be honest, Good Luck, I hope it all works out!:)

This weekend I got a call for a car I left my number on mamy months ago. A 190E 2.3 16v.

On the way home from work, on a route I usually avoid, a Euro E24 M6.

Not once a year, space out the purchases. No, all in a week.

The Dinan will be super. Worse case, swap motor. Seems a local healthy M60 is already pulled for another members S38 E34 swap. Fate?

It doesn't only rain, it pours!

. Turned off, parked 4.5 years ago. Small dent in pass door. Replaced this with an ML350 which now has 570k on it... to give an idea of how he takes care of cars.

Was asking 5,000.

I thought it was too low but maybe just right after looking online, talking around.

The Dinan 5 is to arrive 12/2-2 if I go by the email from a customer rep or 12/2-4 if I go by the uShip app.

The uShip app never updated, saying the vehicle was only booked. After an e-mail, I got two updates it was picked up and in transport.

Neighbor said a car he shipped coast-to-coast was only four days.

I am excited and worried.... I MUST be out of town this weekend for a family event. Otherwise I wouldn't sweat a day or three.

Per the motor carrier, it will be deliveree tomorrow.

A few email exchanges with Dinan service and the previous owner are putting things all together. I still cannot pin down a time when the vehicle was modified. Dinan has a lot of certified shops able to preform the work. This mixed with some poor/non-existent record keeping may keep it a mystery.

It has arrived.

Super clean, in and out. Fires up strong. Wheels are TSW. Aftermarket and wiring with a stock HU. Amp is ripped out, no music. Interior lights are goofy, map lights. Short ride in neighborhood, no sounds, shimies, pulling..feels good.

Will register it next week. Out of town til then....

So as of right now, Im guessing you're under 5k total? I would say you did pretty good. Also, I took a look at the Dinan catalog and my bhp guess is pretty accurate. My E34 M5 with ~300+ was a riot I can only imagine another 100bhp. I would try to find the correct Dinan wheels. They probably wont be cheap but it would be perfect
