On a serious note, I vote for a Saturday morning Cars and Coffee meet. Irvine is relatively central to everyone and Cars and Coffee brings out some ridiculous cars. Last time I went there was a Bugatti Veyron and a Gumpert Apollo. Don't know what that is? Neither did I until Google came to my rescue. :) There are always lots of nice bimmers and plenty of other stuff to drool on.

We could plan on meeting there with those who want to show their car being early (6:30 or so) and the rest rolling in over time. The rest could all meet in the lot directly across from the entrance...plenty of parking and a fun place to watch all the cars leave from. At 9am when the show's done we all convene in the parking lot, take pics, meet'n'greet and get ready for a group drive down to the beach somewhere for those who want to. For those who like to start their day a bit later, they could meet in Irvine at 9am and pick it up from there.
