there are tons of hotels and motels in Ventura and as Daniel said, its only about a 20 minute drive to carp from here. There is a big ass Crown Plaza Hotel right down the street from my house and there a re a ton of little motels all up and down the street I live on.

I know of some guys that have reserved their hotel rooms back during Labor Day

Usually all the old school cars park near eachother. And the E30s park near the E30s and the e12's and e28's and the like. But this time I have no idea where everyones parking because its a new venue.
