Hemingway said it best. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely games.”

Hmm... I'm also looking for housing in that area (but during the summer, may be working in Brea).

Jerome, my cousin used to live off Chapman - see the circled area on the lower right. Seven or eight years ago it was a pretty nice apt complex - I don't know if it has gone down...

There's a really nice complex that comes up on the left right next to the freeway if you go eastbound on Yorba Linda (exit Yorba Linda east, you'll see it on the left). This one is a PITA for guests to park at because there is maybe 24 guest parking spots for the entire complex. There's outdoor covered parking for residents. This place has three speedbumps inbound, and three speedbumps outbound.

The other one I've been to is on Commonwealth and Harbor, this one is very nice, the hallways remind me of a tropical hotel, with a pool in the center and a gym, and an underground parking garage with security. To get to this one, you go north on Harbor Blvd. from 91 fwy and make a right on Commonwealth, it will be on your left like a minute after. There's girls in pajamas constantly walking around in these hallways and they were very friendly, it was a good atmosphere, they were open to coming over based purely on the fact that there was alcohol to be consumed. This place has a very very shallow easy to get through driveway that leads into the parking garage.

The commonwealth complex is definitely smaller, but their rooms are larger. Neither of them are pet friendly though.

I've been to many other apartment complexes in that area that students stay at, and I'd say these two are the best. They both have good water pressure, they both have good and clean laundromat systems, and good parking situation.
