Anyone do good/reasonably priced detail work?

E30 lachssilber and E39 black. Nothing major, just need a good wash/clay/polish/wax. No wheels, no interior work just paint work to get rid of the swirls and contaminants. I want someone with some experience and references. I have a guy from BFC lined up but I figured I'd try here too.

otherwise, i have a friend who has gone professional.

here's an email he has me forward around for business when people ask me:

      Hey Jon,

This is basically the comprehensive list from what you told me: This detail is pretty much a complete exterior detail except for a multi-step/restoration (heavy swirl removal) type detail.

If he needs something more, let me know. Products i use are Autoglym, Menzera, and Megiuars. Full Exterior Detail takes about 5 hours depending on condition, color, etc.

      $120.

      -Hand Wash
      -ClayBar
-Polish to remove mild swirling/marring (since it's a new car basically and not a restoration type detailing).
      -Hand wax
      -Windows Cleaned.
      -Condition all moldings/Cowlpanel
      -Clean and polish wheels.
      -Polish Exhaust Tips
      -Tire cleaner/dressing
      -Interior carpet vacuum, widedown.

Got a buffer? PC? To be honest, my E39 isn't that bad. Just has swirls.

Sorry, I only hand polish. If you need buffer work done, might as well go to my friend.

I don't care as long as the swirls are gone. Are you confident you can do it for $30?

I could do it, but I'm not confident with taking out your swirls with just hand polish without seeing it in person.

Damn Jon you are dirt cheap labor! Clay barring alone is a PITA let alone buffing and waxing for that price!
