Longest drive ever to the picnic

So I was wondering, what's the longest distance ever that someone has driven to the picnic, in an e30 of corse...

Chicago and Denver are both epic drives. And if there is an award for accumulated miles, then Clavin surely must win that.

Driving NorCal/Oregon twisties, beer, car stuff, camaraderie, good eats via BBQ2U... what's not to love? Also, the only way I know to get a new E30 poster every year for sure!

I love getting the posters too, framing them all to make a good wall in my room or garage.

                  Next year

I've attended a couple picnics in the past when I lived in Everett. Moved to Texas now. So just to give you guys a heads up... Next year I'm driving to the picnic!

Frack, I remember the first couple of years, I was the furthest traveled like 3-4 years in a row for coming 7 hours from Bend.

Forget that noise, half of what I look forward to is the road trip!

Tony from Chicago is making a return appearance at the Picnic this year. Driving his '87 325is. Already on the road.
