cadmium plating source? In michigan?

I want to get my strut housings cad plated when I shorten them. Anyone know of a source. Preferably in Michigan

Hi DSP

Cadnium plating is highly toxic which is why very shops use it. It offers a much duller finish than zinc plating. Cadnium plating is better used for parts that see heat as it is more resistant. When you zinc plate your struts, be carefull to cover the spindles or the bearings will not fit anymore.
