e36. It's a 95 with 96.5k on it. The guy lives a mile from downtown Houston. Any recommendations for places to eat in the city? I'm staying at Club Quarters in Downtown on sunday night.

Very nice! Lupe tortillas down on 59 is great mexican food. Freebirds has amazing burritos. Anything on Richmond, Westheimer roads is good. You're right in the heart of downtown, there are tons of bars and restaurants there, just walk around.

I'm definitely game for this one. We should set up a booth kind of deal, last year was way too hot, zero beverage, zero place to sit.

Who has a tent? I've been thinking of buying one if know one has a pop-up. We'll definitely have to figure out what the situation is with the space though, we may just have to setup in front/on top of our cars.

jsut looked at the first page posting, we cant set up tent, but we should get canopy seats or something of hte sort, I remember last year was a scorcher.

last year was terribly hot. make sure to bring plenty of water bottles. they ran out last year. twice.

yea I'm thinking bringing a cooler this year, with sports drinks. It was roasting last year.

i could always take my spare tire out, and fill the wheel well with ice cubes and water bottles....

I'm definitely gonna be bringing lots of drinks and some snacks, chairs too, maybe some umbrellas if i can find one of those big ones.

The way its set up its not difficult to save space early, but as the day winds to mid day, and the lot becomes bascially packed, its not very feasible.
