not likely, its greg we are talking about here. hahaha.
Luckly I've never encountered an issue like this but then again I'm much more confrontational so I would have been at his shop long ago and got what I came for

Yeah, but if he simply did not have the parts (as it appears that he does not), then I'd be left trying to get him to come off of the cash. If he does not have it, I'm not going to go all Dom Toretta on him and beat him with a wrench...

If he'd ever send me pics of his spare seat, I'd probably just take that and consider it a lesson learned.

You might just have to take the loss on this one. I can't really think of any other ways to get him to give you what you paid for without personally seeing him or legal action. Neither of which it really worth it espicially coming from where you live.

I talked to him at the meet by brody's house not too long ago. I went for a ride with him to the bank to get money to buy a shirt off me, everything went fine... i'm kind of surprised to hear this. GL with that man.

considering the situation that he is buying something from you, thats kind of different. I seriously doubt he would drive you to the bank and than strong arm you for a t-shirt.

Buying and selling is two different thing.

Yeah, I am growing tired of being blown off. I don't want to just show up at his shop this coming week, but that is the plan. I have to go to DC one day (not saying which day so that he can't dodge me), but I plant to take a jack and an impact wrench, plus printouts of our conversations. A wheel off of one of his cars would be adequate collateral, and printouts that he owes me money will keep the cops off of my back if he is brazen enough to call them on me.

As soon as I show them the documents and my own badge (though I would have no jurisdiction), I am sure they'd be more than accomodating.

EDIT: he texted me back hours later.
