Good shop in baltimore/towson area

My driver side front fender is all bent up and gnarled and I have been trying to get it fixed for a while now. I had an appointment with someone who did very good work, but I can't seem to get ahold of him.

I need someone in the baltimore/towson area that can repair my fender, then roll all of them.

the fender i have is good, just the tires were rubbing from poor alignment and they started to roll/pull themselves
