*edit* includes off street parking, high speed internet, hd tv, electricity, water/sewer/gas, and has washer/dryer in the house thats only 6 years old. its nice.

My buddy Mike across the street (red E46 with the JAGRBOMB license plate) has a little brother (who lives with him) who has a bunch of VCU friends. You might check with him and see if any of his buddies need a place to live.
